The rotary vane pump primarily comprises a pump housing, rotor, vanes, end covers, and exhaust valves. Within the pump housing lies a cylindrical cavity fitted with an inlet duct and exhaust valve. An eccentrically mounted cylindrical rotor is housed within this cavity, its apex maintaining contact with the cavity wall. Grooves are machined into the rotor, Within these slots are rotary vanes, with a spring positioned between them. As the rotor rotates, the spring ensures the vane tips constantly slide along the cavity's inner wall. The oil film formed between the vanes and the cavity wall guarantees airtight sealing between the suction chamber and the discharge chamber.
