Oil-free scroll air compressors produce high-quality, oil-free compressed air. They are widely used in the food, medical, electronics, printing, chemical, precision spraying, and other industries.
Scroll compressors

Modular design
Multiple compressor units are housed in a single machine cabinet. Based on actual air consumption, the controller precisely calculates the optimal number of units to operate automatically through a multi-stage control system, thereby avoiding unnecessary operation and achieving energy-saving effects.
Principle of scroll compressors
The turbine rotor rotates in the sequence shown in Figures 1-2-3-4, air is drawn into the space between the turbine stator and turbine rotor, the volume of the crescent-shaped (point-symmetric) compression chamber decreases, and the compressed air is discharged through the outlet port in the centre section.
