Operating Pressure & Application
This oxygen cylinder filling compressor is applicable to an inlet pressure range of 3–4 barg (40–60 psig) and can achieve a discharge pressure of up to 150 barg (2150 psig), making it suitable for integration with small-scale PSA oxygen generation systems.
Matched Oxygen Generation System
The matched small-scale PSA oxygen generation system provides a flow rate of 4–12 Nm³/h and is capable of continuous 24-hour operation. It delivers clean oxygen cylinder filling services for community hospitals and small island hospitals, with a recommended filling capacity of 6–8 cylinders per batch.
Certification & Market Compliance
The standard high-pressure model has obtained EU CE certification, meeting the access requirements of the European market. The products can also be supplied to the Japanese market, fully complying with Japan’s stringent quality and safety standards.
1. Four-stage compression structure, with each stage equipped with a safety valve and a temperature sensor; low intake pressure protection at the inlet and high discharge pressure protection at the outlet, with automatic alarm and shutdown functions to ensure operational safety.
