This oxygen cylinder filling compressor is designed for an inlet pressure of 3–4 barg (40–60 psig) and a discharge pressure of 150 barg (2150 psig). It works in combination with a small PSA oxygen generation system, with a flow rate of 4–12 Nm³/h, providing clean oxygen cylinder filling services for community hospitals and island hospitals. The system is capable of continuous 24-hour operation, with a recommended maximum of 6–8 cylinders per filling batch.
Key Features of the Compressor
This compressor features a four-stage compression design, with a safety valve installed at each stage. The inlet is equipped with low suction pressure protection, while the discharge side is protected by high discharge pressure protection. A temperature sensor is installed at each compression stage. In the event of over-temperature or over-pressure, the system will automatically alarm and shut down to ensure safe operation. The unit is compact in size, lightweight in structure, and designed with forklift slots at the base, allowing for easy handling and mobility.
