Pressurizing nitrogen for laser cutting
Nitrogen acts as a shielding gas in laser cutting, preventing oxidation of metal workpieces and surrounding areas at high temperatures, thereby improving cut surface quality and cleanliness.
Nitrogen storage
For PSA nitrogen generators with outlet pressures ≤10 barg, storing nitrogen allows for cost-effective use, such as charging during off-peak hours or when the generator has high displacement.
High-pressure nitrogen compressors for cylinder filling can be air-cooled or water-cooled, and are available in single-acting or double-acting designs.
