In a cryogenic liquid argon tank, the liquid argon at the top will naturally vaporize into argon gas over time. When the internal pressure exceeds 17 bar, the safety valve will automatically open to discharge the excess gas. This discharged argon gas represents a direct resource loss if left unutilized.
